Sport and Globalization in London & Seville

After having already met two players and the coach of the London Lions, we had the chance of watching them play in person at their home arena. The Lions play their games in Olympic Park in London, in the Copper Box Arena, a site that was used for fencing, handball, and other sports during the 2012 Summer Olympics. The Lions took on the Durham Wildcats of the British Basketball League. It was very interesting to compare the experience to our own college and professional basketball teams.
