Medical (non-emergency)
Overview
Carleton students are eligible for non-emergency transportation to a doctor, dentist, therapy, counseling or a pharmacy within the city limits of Northfield. Hiawathaland Transit's Blue/Red route will stop at several medical destinations in town. Schedule here.
First Choice Shuttle vouchers can be obtained at SHAC, x4080, or by contacting the Info Desk, x4636.

Hiawathaland Transit Bus
- Present Carleton OneCard to Hiawathaland Transit bus driver and ride for FREE. (Bus routes and details here)
- Dial-A-Ride appointment instructions here
- 24 hour advanced notice is required for any ride needing the use of the lift (ex. wheelchair)
- Assistants accompanying a person with disabilities ride free
- Drivers do not assist individuals into or out of the vehicle, or into medical offices, hospitals or pharmacies
