Educating Carleton College Student Athletes in the Classroom of Athletics

Knights LEAD is a leadership development program designed to assist student-athletes across all varsity sports in developing crucial leadership skills that can be used during and after their Carleton Career.

Features of the Program include, but are not limited to:

•   Guest Speakers

•   Interactive Workshops

•   Small Group Discussion

•   Personality assessment and evaluation tools

Through these experiences, student-athletes learn the importance of being strong, ethical and influential leaders.

Knights LEAD focuses on various areas of leadership such as:
