Carleton Center for Community and Civic Engagement (CCCE) Fellowships

The CCCE is grateful for generous contributions from Carleton alumni that make these fellowships possible! More information can be found by following the links below to the CCCE website. Applications are posted on the
Tunnel with the common title start “CCCE Summer 2018 Fellowship,” followed by the specific fellowship name,
for example “CCCE Summer 2018 Fellowship – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Fellow (City of Northfield)”. Students can also find them here at https://apps.carleton.edu/ccce/fellowships/community_engaged_fellowships/2018-fellowships/.

Fellowship Details:

  • Fellowships range from 3 to 10 weeks
  • Both full-time and part-time positions exist
  • Positions are unpaid, with stipends up to $4,000 available based on financial need
  • CCCE supports and manages the student application process, and then works with the community partner to make selection decisions once the applications close in early March.
  • Each application differs slightly, based on the needs of the hosting community partner.
  • Once a student is selected for a fellowship opportunity, a financial aid application will determine funding.

To apply, students must log in to the Tunnel and search for the CCCE! Most fellowships are not available to seniors.
