Julia Strand, Assistant Professor of Psychology, gave a talk titled, "Validating the Use of an Online Platform for Collecting Spoken Word Recognition Data," with co-author Joseph Slote '16 at the 2014 Auditory Perception, Cognition, and Action Meeting. She also presented a poster, "Grammatical Context Restricts Which Lexical Candidates are Activated During Spoken Word Recognition," with co-authors Andrea Simenstad '13, Jeffrey Berg '14, and Joseph Slote '16 at the annual meeting of the Psychonomic Society in Long Beach, California.
