Don't worry! If your phone dies, or you have any other technical/mechanical issue, lock the bike manually or temporarily move the bike to a secure location and report the issue to Zagster's Rider Assistance Line (202) 999-3924, or email bikesupport@zagster.com as soon as possible to avoid getting charged any late fees.
