Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit/debit card to use a Zagster bike?
Yes. The Zagster app requires a credit or debit card for late fees or other fees associated with misuse of the bike. The first four hours is always free and cards are not charged if bikes are properly returned within this time frame. Students without access to a personal credit/debit card may contact Elliott Courchaine in the Student Activities Office for assistance.
