Led by Rabbi Shosh Dworsky and Adil Ozdemir, Professor of Islam at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. Dinner will follow the service.

Prof. Adil Ozdemir teaches Islam at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, where he is also co-directs the Muslim Christian Dialogue Center. Adil was on the faculty of Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir Turkey for 26 years, and has served in Turkey¹s Department of Religious Affairs as an Imam. He has studied at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, and in 1986-87 was a visiting scholar at Harvard University¹s Center for the Study of World Religions. Prof. Ozdemir has been engaged in Islamic- Christian Dialogue since 1980. In 1994-95, as an interpreter of Islam, he was invited to tour several seminaries in the USA, and in 2003 the taught at the Bangor Theological Seminary. Adil and his wife Fatma have four daughters.
